 1977 Kingsley, 26', 403 engine, TZE167V101536, 149,000 miles. Original paint, exterior in good condition, one roof air not working, fresh water tank needs replacement, engine runs, MH was driven to storage facility six months back, no plugs or points in five years, has been used as living quarters in RV park for five years, maybe accelerator pump on carburetor needs replacing, Single beds in rear converted to queen bed can be converted back to single beds if wanted, mattress needs replacing, all glass good, reefer good, stove good, water heater good, interior could use TLC and carpet renewal but I believe pretty fair condition for age with no extensive renewal, no leaks that I know of. Tires reported need replaced, new spare. Dash air was working.
