1977 Royal - 26'. Just under 101 K miles on this unit that has, generator, rear bath, three way refrigerator, propane forced air heat, central vac, microwave, gas stove, two AC units, top storage pod, ladder, awning, receiver hitch, widshield cover, some spare parts including two (new?) airbags, lots of (all?) manuals, good tires, new shocks, no smoking and a clear title. This MH runs very well, I drove it to Homer last june from California with no problems except that the batteries had to be replaced. Mileage was around 9 or 10 (the usual for these type). It does need some work but I feel that it is in good condition overall. 1978 Royale with 35,000 miles. This is a rear bath model that is very clean and is stored in a pole barn in Corunna Michigan.
