Click the Upload button to load it into the application

Make the resulting window full screen and then select the Crop tool

Follow the instructions to retain only your GMC

Hit the Apply button

Now select the Change Dimensions tool

Choose a new width of 320 pixels

Hit the Apply button

Select Send Image Via Email
