1977 GMC Eleganza II Stored inside
455 Olds Engine 55,000 miles

Anyone who knew Lanny knows of his mechanical skills. From being the National Go-Kart Champion in the 60's with his name in various racing magazines, to racing Stock Cars & being Mechanic of the Year, to racing Jet Boats, winning championships & countless trophies in all of these, he has restored several motorhomes. Lanny worked on engines of all kinds from the early 50's until he passed away. He loved to design & restore things, & was very particular about his work. Many of our GMCers would ask him to drive their coaches, tell them what was wrong with them, & he gladly helped them all.

I've driven all of our motorhomes, but it isn't the same without him by my side, so I'm selling the last of our 3 GMCs. The '77 EII was stripped down to the insulation (& lack thereof) & totally restored. She's a beauty, always garaged, winterized, & ready to find a new home for someone else to enjoy. We've put well over $100K in her, & I'm asking $39,900, which I truly believe is a fair price. The Restoration List & photos will confirm.

This GMC is ready to drive to anywhere in the world without concern. It is better than new and probably more dependable than a brand new motorhome. This motorhome was not built to sell but to use for many years to come.

Jim Kanomata of Applied GMC appraised this Eleganza II it at $58,000.
